The Big Task Work with technicians, plumbers, and customers to properly quote and order parts for repairs Coordinate with wholesalers for delivery and coordinate with the company dispatch team for scheduling Assist the Service Manager with additional tasks as needed Key Sub Tasks Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, the parts department, and the service/plumbing team Contact the customers to quote repairs, schedule repairs Order parts, as necessary Properly complete paperwork.
Process warranty parts and transactions in a timely manner Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
