Job Description:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager, manages a Taco Bell restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization.
The AGM will perform hands-on work to train employees, respond to customer service needs, and model appropriate behavior and work ethic.
This role provides overall leadership through building a culture of recognition while motivation the team with the goal of operational excellence.

Must be at least 18 years of age, reliable transportation and pass a background check.
2-4 years of operational management experience in the quick service restaurant industry, including profit and loss responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Good oral and written communication skills with exceptional team building capability.
Strong analytical/decision making skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Passionate about providing excellence in execution of quality food, service and cleanliness and speed standards.
Is a dynamic, energetic and passionate leader.
a self-starter, proactively driven to complete tasks and does what is best for the company.
Provides leadership and coaching for each employee in the restaurant.
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
Physically able to stock shelves and coolers, clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds, sweep and mop floors.
Physically able to lift up to 50lbs, tolerate standing and stooping during 80% of shift time.
