This position is responsible for the overall direction of hospice services. The Hospice Program Director is responsible to establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards and qualities and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. The Hospice Program Director provides leadership for the Agency by working with the Executive Director to establish goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Leads, directs, and monitors the delivery of health care and medical services of Hospice of Havasu and its offices in other locations. Responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the patient services of the agency, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources; directs, supervises and evaluates the work activities of department directors. Will keep the Executive Director fully informed and make recommendations for change in accordance with all current Federal, State, Regulatory laws (including state and federal labor laws), and GIP Facility guidelines that govern Hospice philosophy, and mission/vision statement, policies and procedures and patient care, confidentiality, licensure, Medicare and Medicaid Requirements (Title 9, CMS 418.76(a), 42.CFR, COPS, NHPCO, AHPCO, AZ Board of Nursing and all professional Ethical Codes of Conduct.) The Program Director will act as the next-in-charge in the absence of the Executive Director.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
