The guest room has a private bathroom right across the hall, two sets of bunkbeds (top bunk is a twin while the bottom bunk is a full size bed with excellent mattresses.) The Kitchen is completely furnished with newer refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The countertops are all granite and in excellent condition - Kitchen looks like a model home.
